1 – Manager of Shop Online and validity of the present General Conditions of Contract

  1. This Shop Online is managed by the English Company CornerSurprise Ltd (Company Number: 8468925), located in Apt 3575, Chynoweth House, TR4 8UN – Truro, United Kingdom, which assumes the quality of “seller“ in the sale contract established with customer during the purchase process.
  1. The sale contract concluded by you through this Shop Online, is governed by Italian law. In particular, the provisions of Chapter I of Title III of Part III of the Consumption Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) shall apply. Selling through this Online Shop exclusively applies these General Terms and Conditions (and in particular those published at the time of submitting your order), which take into account the above provisions.
  1. Our products are sold to consumers residing in Italy and abroad.

2 – Conclusion of contract

  1. The Online Shop allows you to select individual items and place them in the electronic cart by clicking on the “Add to Cart” icon. The order will be binding on you (as a bid) only when you click the “Order with Payments” icon that will appear after you have entered all the required information and you will be confirmed to accept these Terms of Service conditions. Before clicking on the “Order with Payments” icon, you can modify and correct the order and entered data at any time. The company will only accept orders exceeding Euro 1.00 and below Euro 5.600.
  1. After sending the order, you will receive a “receipt of order confirmation” generated automatically to the e-mail address you have indicated.   1. The automatic confirmation of receiving the order does not determine the conclusion of the contract, which ends only when our staff verifies the availability of the goods you ordered. In particular, the conclusion of the contract is carried out according to the following phases:
    1. sending of the order by the consumer;
    2. sending automatic confirmation of receipt of order from our online shop;
    3. when paying with PayPal:
      Instant -addebito the price of the products ordered and delivery charges; – checking the availability of the products ordered by our staff; – if the / the product / s are all available, the contract is automatically concluded; Our online shop will send the purchaser an order confirmation and then proceed with the shipment of goods; – if (in the case of multiple orders) the products are only partly available, the contract is automatically concluded only where the available products reach the minimum threshold referred to in point 1. In such cases, the Shop Online purchaser sends the partial confirmation order and proceed with the shipment of goods. The rebate of ‘ amount corresponding to the amount of the products takes place not available (if the payment has already been carried out) within the next 7 days; – if the product is not available or (in case of multiple orders) products available do not reach the minimum threshold referred to in point 1, the contract is not concluded: in this case, the Shop Online sends an alert to the purchaser and proceeds the crediting of the amount paid;
    4. when paying by credit card:

3 – Delivery of products

4 – Price of products and delivery costs

  1. All prices for products offered in the Online Shop are inclusive of taxes and fees.

5 – Payment

  1. You have the option to choose one of the following methods of payment: – Payment by credit card (Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Postepay Visa and Visa Electron) – Payment with PayPal: your bank details or your credit card details are stored at PayPal after your registration.

6 – Claims for defects and liability for damages

  1. In case of lack of conformity of a product, or no correspondence between what you ordered and what you’ve been given, you have the right to exercise any remedy set out in your favor by the Consumer Code, as specified in paragraph (4) FAQ
    in particular, in case of lack of conformity, you will have the right to obtain, at your choice, repair or replace the product. However, the repair is normally impractical as may be agreed – verified the availability of the identical product – the replacement. If this is not possible, the Online Shop will reimburse the price of postage.
    The costs related to the return of non-conforming products and to send a replacement product are the responsibility of our society.
  1. We respond to damages caused by all voluntary or involuntary acts attributable to our employees and auxiliaries as well, regardless of the severity of the fault for the injury (death or injury). 7 – Copyright and Trademark

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you are required to inform us of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement (eg a letter sent by mail or e-mail). To this end, you have the option to use the withdrawal form attached.

The cost of returning the product will be at our expense.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient if you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the period of 14 days from receipt of goods, as set out above.

Effects of withdrawal

If you cancel the contract, you will be refunded all payments you have made on our behalf, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising out of your eventual choice of a different kind of delivery from the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed about your decision to withdraw. Refund will be made using the same means of payment used by you for payment.

Refund will be made within 14 days from the day when the online shop has received your notice of withdrawal.

If you return a product within the withdrawal period, in the absence of a notice of your intention to withdraw, we will consider in effect the return made with the intention to exercise the withdrawal.
